Common questions about financing.
Do I need to pay anything up front?
On most installs, no — $0 down is available with approved credit. We’ll confirm the exact terms once your application is approved and the project is scoped.
Is there a prepayment penalty?
No. With Plan 1509 you can pay your loan off early at any time without a penalty. With Plan 1069, paying the full balance during the 6-month promo period also avoids interest charges for that period.
What credit score do I need?
GreenSky® doesn’t publish a minimum credit score — approval and rate are based on a full review of your credit profile. Credit limits up to $100,000 are available for qualified applicants.
What can I use the loan for?
GreenSky® financing through Canyon Air Systems can be used for HVAC work we perform — new AC installs, furnace and heat pump installs, mini-split systems, full system replacements, indoor air quality systems, and qualifying repair work.
How do I make payments?
You can pay online in the GreenSky® customer portal, by phone, or by scheduling automatic payments from your bank account. Customer service is available 7 days a week.
Will applying affect my credit?
GreenSky® will perform a credit check as part of the application. Refer to GreenSky’s disclosures and your loan agreement for full details on how applications are processed.

For example, assuming the full credit limit is used on loan approval date, for every $1,000 financed at 10.99% APR, 180 monthly payments of $11.36. This example is an estimate only.
