Do you work directly with general contractors and architects?
Yes — that’s the bulk of our new-construction work. We provide Manual J/D/S load calculations, equipment specs, duct layouts, and Title 24 documentation as part of the design phase. We coordinate rough-in and final with the GC on the schedule that works for the build.

Can you provide a HERS rater for Title 24 compliance?
We coordinate with established HERS raters we’ve worked with for years, and we deliver our installs to pass HERS verification on the first visit — duct leakage, fan watt draw, refrigerant charge, airflow. We don’t do the rating ourselves (that’d be a conflict of interest), but we handle every piece of the work that gets graded.
